Discord
We have an active Discord server where many of us talk puzzles every day. We know lots of folks aren’t on Facebook so we wanted another way to stay in touch. One thing we love about Discord is that conversations are organized by topic so you’ll never have to dig through months of messages to find what you’re looking for. We celebrate personal bests, strategize how we’d tackle puzzles, and share our favorite finished puzzles.
We share Ohio events, when Ohio puzzlers attend national and global puzzle events, and showcase the best puzzles our fellow Buckeyes complete. If you want your puzzle featured, message on Instagram.
Many events and person-to-person swapping happens directly on Facebook so we have a private group just for us, however we know that Facebook can get a little unwieldy and conversations get buried so most of our chatting happens on Discord.
Request Puzzles
Generous folks have donated puzzles for us to share with the community. If you are an Ohio puzzler who would like to try some new puzzles but cannot make it to a puzzle swap event, local library with a swap shelf, or free little puzzle library, please request some from us. Note: We will provide a few different free puzzles for individual use. We unfortunately do not have multiple copies of the same puzzle available for folks to use in an event.
And if you have 15 or more puzzles in good condition you would like to donate to the OHJPA to share with the community, please email us to let us know!
